Your Responsibilities as Information Security Manager (m/f/d)
Overall responsibility for information security management within the company
Development, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS
Planning, execution, and support of certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.)
Establishment, maintenance, and optimization of security-related processes
Conducting risk analyses and deriving appropriate measures
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Coordinating all involved departments and external partners
Raising awareness and training employees
Reporting to executive management
Proactive development of the security strategy
What Makes You a Great Information Security Manager (m/f/d)
Completed degree or comparable qualification in Information Security / IT / Cyber Security
Experience in developing information security concepts, conducting risk analyses, and supporting certification processes
Ideally, initial experience with security-related standards (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS)
Knowledge in:
Process management
Risk management
Business operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Independent, structured, and proactive working style
Ability to drive topics forward independently and take ownership
