Now we are looking for you: a DATEV professional with tax expertise and a passion for digital solutions who will advise and train our customers and work with us to shape the digital law firm of tomorrow.
Your tasks:
- Advising our customers (primarily tax firms and auditing companies) on the optimal use and digitization with DATEV
- Conducting training courses, workshops, and webinars – remotely or on site
- Providing support for the introduction of new DATEV modules and functions
- Working closely with our IT team on updates, installations, and support
- Monitoring new developments in the DATEV universe and providing proactive customer advice
- Establishing best practices for digital collaboration between law firms and clients
Your profile as a DATEV technician
- DATEV expertise (e.g., law firm accounting, DMS, Unternehmen Online, LODAS/wages & salaries, etc.)
- Ideally, experience as a tax clerk or from a tax firm
- Desire to combine your tax knowledge with IT expertise and make law firms fit for the future
- Strong communication skills, confident manner, and enjoyment of knowledge transfer
- Independent, structured way of working and customer focus
