We're based in Brno, Czech Republic, and looking for people who can come to the office on a hybrid (3/2 or 2/3) basis.

Your exciting tasks as ServiceNow Administrator & Developer
You will work closely with our NOC, Service Delivery and international teams, supporting 15+ monitoring agents, network engineers and specialists who rely on ServiceNow as their central operating platform. As a “one-fox pack” (at least initially), you’ll enjoy high autonomy, full ownership of two ServiceNow instances and plenty of space to implement your ideas. You’ll collaborate with friendly, helpful colleagues in an informal culture that values teamwork, humor, and getting things done. Your tasks will include:
  • Designing and developing our internal ServiceNow application suite (ITSM & CSM)
  • Implementing new features and automating workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items & more
  • Maintaining and optimizing integrations with external systems
  • Administrating users, groups, roles, ACLs, and ensuring platform security
  • Planning and executing ServiceNow family release upgrades
  • Solving complex configuration challenges and improving daily processes for NOC, Service Delivery and international teams
  • Acting as the go-to expert and knowledge center for all things ServiceNow within the company
Your profile as ServiceNow Administrator & Developer
  • At least 1 year of experience administering a ServiceNow instance
  • Experience with at least one ServiceNow family release upgrade
  • Strong hands-on skills in automation (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs)
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s ITSM and/or CSM products
  • Experience with data imports/exports and integrations (Import Sets, REST API, SOAP API, Reports, Dashboards)
  • Fluent English (B2+) for communication with international teams (Germany, Croatia, customers)
  • Fluent Czech (C1+)
  • Analytical mindset, proactive communication style, team player with good planning skills

Your Exciting Tasks as a ServiceNow Consultant:
In this engaging position, you will implement, develop, and be responsible for IT solutions within our globally deployed internal ServiceNow application suite. Additionally, your tasks will include:
 
  • Creation of User Stories: Define and manage user stories to guide agile development processes and ensure user-centered design. These stories will serve as the foundation for developing solutions that meet the end users' needs.
  • Conducting GAP Analyses: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify weaknesses and develop measures to optimize and close these gaps. Focus on improving system performance and process workflows.
  • Solution Design: Develop technical solutions using ServiceNow, UiPath, and mobile applications. These solutions will be designed to align with business requirements and support the achievement of company goals.
  • Implementation of AI Automation: Introduce and implement AI-based automation solutions to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency within the company.
  • Project Management: Lead and implement ServiceNow projects, including the deployment of Customer Service Management applications. Ensure that projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
  • Workshops and Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and conduct workshops for solution development and progress evaluation. Effectively engage stakeholders and team members to ensure that project goals and requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Technical Prioritization and Agile Development: Set priorities for technical requirements and tasks, with a particular focus on agile methodologies. Promote and implement agile practices to enhance the team's technical skills and collaboration.
Your Profile as a ServiceNow Consultant:
  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable education.
  • Basic knowledge in ServiceNow development, ideally through internships or project experience.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, SQL, NoSQL, XML, JSON, REST & SOAP is an advantage.
  • JS, AJAX, ServiceNow architecture/BestPractices, process knowledge "Agile"
  • (General Sys-Admin), Security Expertise, General Knowledge about ServiceNow architecture, internal hierarchy/processes, CMDB structure
  • Certification in ITIL, or experience with ISO20000, COBIT, or similar is a plus
  • Understanding of ITSM and CSM processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
  • Willingness to continuously improve skills and professional development.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and dedication.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
